Background and context

The reproductive system of the male is simpler as compared to females. Male reproductive organs comprise a pair of the testis, reproductive glands such as the prostate gland, vesicles, and penis. The major function of the male reproductive system is to release sperm. The sperm contains DNA which is responsible for transfer of characters from males to offspring. Each of the organs is associated with the nourishing, maturation and ejaculation of sperm.
