Robert Brown in 1831 discovered the nucleus in a cell. The nucleus has four parts in it these are nuclear membrane, nucleoplasm, nuclear reticulum, and nucleolus. nucleoplasm is nuclear sap. It is covered by a nuclear membrane and contains a nucleus and chromosome.
