What is professionalism in the context of being a student in a doctor of physical therapist degree program?

Please help lay out some ideas and or topics on how i can formulate an awesome personal statement based on that vague question. I need 4500 characters ( 1 page) I am not asking anyone to write my personal statement, i just need help to get the ball rolling and start writing this personal statement so i can finally submitt my app.
