Yes, i did make progress towards my behavior change goals. I lost 2 pounds and my calves muscles are getting the cuts. I used a youtube channel to get my workouts in and was close to walking 12000 steps everyday. Explain any challenges you may have faced this week that is impacting the progression of your goal. This week i didn"t face many challenges because i was excited that my calves muscles were starting to get de ned. It helped me just want to work out more. My waist has reduced close to an inch and i am really happy that i have made progress.
