I did make progress towards my behavior change goal. Murphy workout challenge which consists of 2 mile run, 100 pull ups, I wasn"t even close to the outcome but i did try. I went back to doing emi wong"s workouts. Explain any challenges you may have faced this week that is impacting the progression of your goal. I plan on doing dance tness for the next week with the help of the youtube channel mad fit because i enjoy dancing.
