Procedures: (all figures are on page 6 of this report: after assembling the circuit and making necessary scope adjustments the following graph was recorded. Lab session 11 transistor curve tracer: replace the transistor with a diode and plot the graph. After replacing the transistor in figure 1 with a diode the following graph was recorded. This graph shows that the diode allows current to flow once the voltage reaches ~0. 7v. Lab session 11 transistor curve tracer: after all previous steps were completed the transistor from procedure 1 was tested using the tektronix 571 curve tracer. The values or the tektronix 571 curve tracer are similar but beta is slightly different.
