Immunosuppressants increase tg if oral, so can be considered if have high tg initially. Lower ldl and vldl, overall effects vary amongst them. Generally well tolerated, but ae: myopathy, myalgia (muscle ache, more proximal -> arms, thighs, pelvic girtle), some gi, rhabdomyalsis, myositis.
