General feedback on assignment care plan - dyslipidemia. You should only have one drug therapy problem per drug. Two common reported ones were pt at risk of recurrent events due to too low of a dose of statin and patient at risk of myalgia due to drug interaction. It would be important to determine the dtp of highest priority. Based on indication, efficacy, safety, convenience approach - too low of dose would be the higher priority dtp the other concern could be addressed as you resolved this dtp. While we recommend you list the alternatives in class and you might find it helpful to list them as you contemplate them for your care plan, this is not required on your care plans that you submit. You should identify one intervention, including one dose (not rosuvastatin 20 40 mg). Do not list what you would do if this therapy doesn"t achieve your goals, or the next step.
