Reflection- the process of engaging the self in attentive, critical, exploratory, and iterative (cid:523)frequent(cid:524) interactions with one"s thoughts and actions, and their underlying conceptual frame with a view to changing them and with a view on the change itself. Reflection is important so we can do things better the next day. 5 core components of reflection- transforms a thinking process into reflective thinking.
