You wish to ensure that sufficient oxygen is provided to the cell culture media to support the tissue growth. Unfortunately, You are not able to directly measure the oxygen consumption rate in the cells. Thankfully, you realize that the cell type for your experiment is well studied in vivo. After some literature searching you are able to find the following information reported for your cell/tissue type: 1) the partial pressure of oxygen in the specific supply artery and exit vein to/from the tissue are measured to be 92mmHg and 22mmHg
