"Ageism disproportionately affects women since they outlive me." This could be understood as a form of intersectionality. FIRST explain the concept of intersectionality. THEN, identify and explain two other ways (i.e. not pertaining to the intersection of advanced age and gender) in which intersectionality might negatively affect medical treatment and/or outcomes. FINALLY, identify and explain one way in which each of those negative effects could be migrated or counteracted.
