Q.1 Think of an intervention of interest to you that needs evaluation for efficacy (or effectiveness) in a particular health situation. It may need to be evaluated against a standard treatment, or there may not be a standard treatment available and you need to evaluate the intervention anyway.
(a) Justify why this intervention needs a clinical trial, why you cannot introduce it into the medical community de novo, or why an observational study is inadequate to address the issue.
(b) State in detail your research questions (primary, secondary, etc). Fully develop and describe your intervention and response variables, and justify why you developed them the way you did.
