URGENT - Due in an hour! Please help!

In our Bacterial Conjugation Experiment we will cross an Esherichia coli strain which has the plasmid pRL27 with a wild-type strain of Serratia marcescens. The plasmid pRL27 carries a gene for resistance to kanamycin on a transposable element that can be transferred to other strains of bacteria by conjugation. The E. coli donor strain is an auxotroph that requires diaminopimelic acid (DAP) as a growth factor.
We will use four types of agar media in this experiment.
MATCH the various types of media used in this experiment with the descriptions given below.

A L-agar + DAP
B L-agar + kan + DAP
C L-agar + kan
D

L-agar

Neither the wild-type Serratia marcescens nor the E. coli strain with the pRL27 plasmid can grow on this medium.
Both the wild-type Serratia marcescens and the E. coli strain with the pRL27 plasmid can grow on this medium.
The wild-type Serratia marcescens can grow on this medium, but the E. coli strain with the pRL27 plasmid can't.
The wild-type Serratia marcescens can't grow on this medium, but the E. coli strain with the pRL27 plasmid can.
