1.Stephanie trypsinized TNBC cells and prepared cells for counting. The automated cell counting instrument kept giving error messages. With the machine not working, Stephanie had to resort to manual cell counting using a hemocytometer. She mixed 150μL cells with 150μL of trypan blue, transferred 10μL onto the chamber on the hemocytometer, and started counting.
The cells were too crowded to yield an accurate count! Now Stephanie had 290μL of cell-trypan blue mixture left. She transferred 10μL and mixed with 100μL of trypan blue. She counted a total of 500 cells from 5 squares. Please calculate Cell Density per μL and show all calculation steps.
