would removing eosin Y from methylene blue from EMB agar alter the medium sensitivity or specificity?
would the removal of sodium chloride from MSA alter the medium's sensitivity or specificity?
would removing B-phenylethyl alcohol from PEA alter the medium sensitivity or specificity?
if you observed growth of gram-negative organisms on the PEA pate you inoculated, does this negative the usefulness of PEA as a selective medium.
