Behavior to change: choose either: managing stress (chapter 3) or improving sleep (chapter 4) The behavior i would like to change is improving sleep. Improving my sleep would help me to be more active throughout the day and help my overall physical health. I would be able to feel more energized and get more work done. Having more sleep can help me be more relaxed and able to pay attention to more things. I would like to get more sleep because if i do not get enough sleep, it can affect me negatively. I have noticed that when i get less sleep it is harder for me to concentrate on what i am doing, and it can cause me to be in a bad mood. I would also like to go to bed earlier, so i would need to learn to manage my time.
