If there is a peak near 3300, there is a hydroxyl or amine group: look at c13 nmr, if dept, upward charts represent ch3 and or ch, downward charts represent ch2. Both c13 nmr and h1nmr show only types of carbons and protons. There is an appearance agreement between at c13 nmr and h1nmr.
