Polypeptide of uuuuuu got poly phe and we knew that uuu = phe. Polypeptide of uuc got 3 different amino acids, ser, leu, phe. Missing the start codon so starting to translate from adding high concentrations in the test tube and it can begin anywhere: Cuu cuu and read the same codon over and over again. Triplet matched the anticodon on the particular trna won"t get filtered through and only trna bound to their amino acids will be filtered through.
