Document Summary
My multimedia memoir assignment centers on the moment that i decided i wanted to be a competitive gymnast. It was a life changing and inspiring moment in my life, probably more so than any other moment i have experienced yet. I can remember the moment like it was yesterday despite the fact that it occurred when i was eight years old and that i am not twenty-one years old. The purpose of my memoir is to provide an audience with a story of inspiration and hope, the same feelings that i had experienced in this moment. While the main audience for my memoir is certainly athletes, the message could be applicable to anybody with a dream they have decided to whole-heartedly pursue. It took me a long time to decide what medium would be most appropriate for the memoir. At first, i had my heart set on creating a tumblr page to tell my story.
