Everybody has won from this collaboration: win-lose: aggressive, winner-takes-all approach; strategy should be used with caution, because you may end up losing support. 1 processes, both sides should try to depersonalize decisions as much as possible and go on with normal work afterwards: compromise: gives reasonable results; you do not get all that you wanted, but get something worthwhile. How much you get in your favor depends on your bargaining position and ability to negotiate. In good negotiations, both sides feel that they have made a good deal: other strategies, agreeing to disagree: attempt to avoid conflict by proceeding on basis that there are insuperable differences in opinions. 2: however, diverse teams turn out to come to equally good or even worse solution quality than homogenous groups.
