Values- most enduring judgments or standards of what"s good and bad in life. Values shape our worldview, drive our behavior, and form the basis we judge the actions of others. The more you understand about your listeners beforehand, the more effectively you will be able to prepare a message that will engage them while remaining true to yourself. Use your rights of free speech responsibly. Balance the rights of free speech with the responsibilities that accompany it. Free speech- defined as the right to be free from unreasonable constraints on expression is strongly protected.
