Healthy relationships are enjoyable and respectful and provide opportunities for many positive experiences that are beneficial for self-esteem: healthy relationships are possible with everyone (friendships, family, romantic etc. ) These relationships take time, energy and care to develop positively. Romantic; should start with the same ingredients as healthy friendships: effective communication, honesty, respect, they are different in the sense that they include physical affection.
