Media influence (there is a rule where you cannot bring in last minute influence) Trials (out of 300,000 cases, only about 10% go to trial) Use of pleas plead guilty from the start. Functions of court may depend on the type of justice we are looking at. We maintain both and we rarely sit in the middle.
