Zone one-most expensive only banks, stores, hotels etc can afford to be there. Zone 2-transition zone is next to the business core. Owners expect to be bought out by big businesses. Zone 5-commuter zone- the most expensive area to live. Most crime that occurred was in zone 2 the transition zone. They argued that there is more illegal conduct there as people don"t expect to stay there for long and they do not bond with each other well. There is a lot of disorganization among the people leading to deviance and crime. Policing increase policing in zone 2 as more police will deter crime. Community have more community building sessions for the people. Organization improve organization skills to result in less crime.
