To me leadership is very complex yet also very simple. What i mean is this: we all have the ability inside of us to become a leader, but it takes persistent, hard work to become successful. Peter hutchinson (founder of public strategies group) said this, there is no shortage of leaders today. We should be looking inside ourselves to find the leader in each of us . Some people are naturally better leaders than others because of different personalities and abilities, but everyone has the potential to lead and lead well. Leaders are needed in every area of our life. Originally, when i thought about leaders, i thought about people that hold positions like the presidency of a country or the ceo of a large business or even a pastor of a church. No doubt these are very important positions of leadership, but leaders are also needed in the smaller parts of our lives.
