Everybody possesses the qualities of being a leader, but not many people actually demonstrate those qualities. We can date back to martin luther king. Jr, when he legendarily changed a nation without harming a single opposer. How about franklin: roosevelt, who guided the united states out of the worst economic crisis to date. These leaders are able to shape the world we live in drastically and with only few opposers. Leaders tend to develop some mysterious x factor that encourages people into wanting to follow them, and consequently are able to influence countries and nations. However, a leader does not have to be a famous celebrity or political leader. You can easily recognize if you"re in the presence of a true leader just by the hearing the way they talk or act. They just ooze with confidence and you look at them and know that you"re in good hands with them, you feel comfortable and yet driven to work.
