(pew commission, 1993) Teams are a mainstay: groups are mainstay of everyday organizational life, health care is very team-based, can"t live with them; won"t survive without them, skills for team work need to be learned and honed. Teams and organizational success: the good, the bad. The team begins to form the norms and culture of the team. Everyone is polite and on their best behaviour. The leader sets the stage: storming the knives begin to come out.
