C1. Poorly defined scope of work SOW, is a recipe for disaster and introduces a project to risk during the contracting and procurement process. Critically analyse this statement in the light of Fixed Price (FP) Contract.
C2. Project Risk, Stakeholder influence, and the cost to manage the risk events are both a function of time based on the project life cycle. Using a diagram/graph appraise the statement. And prove that it is better to identify risk at the beginning of the project than later in the life cycle of a project.
