Unilateral control of government/cabinet formaion- president has complete unilateral control to who he appoints to their cabinet, without any approval from legislature. No ixed terms- can stay forever or a vote of no conidence (dissolve govt and renegoiate a new coaliion as oten as they want) Coaliion control of government/cabinet formaion- bargaining amongs paries in the legislature and other members of coaliion. Delegated lawmaking authority- can make laws bc they enjoy the conidence of the parliament. President can serve 2, in the naional legislature there is no term limits but are elected every 2 years and can stay unil they die. They are imposed because it will force turnover (new ideas, new individuals in oice)
