Lijphart states that the main diference between majoritarian and consensus model can be viewed in the formaion of government coaliions. Six main theories: minimal winning, minimum size, bargaining proposiion, minimal range, minimal connected winning, policy viable, a: 8 b: 21 c: 26 d:12 d:33, how we might expect coaliions will for in real life. None: only when a single party wins a majority of seats does the mwc theory give a predicion about who will form the government, if b had 51 votes already.
