During lecture talk about where it is based on diagrams on slide. ( slide 20) Loss and up take of water along whole surface. Ex: as soon as the sun hits it, they will dry up very quickly. This causes bryophytes to live in very most areas. Ex: ravine and places where the sun will most likely not hit. If you water a totally dead bryophyte , it can come back to life.
