Left scapula attachments dorsal: conoid ligament of coracoclavicular ligament, coracoacromial ligament, coracobrachialis and short head of biceps. Infraspinatus: deltoid, latissimus dorsi, levator scapulae, long head of triceps, rhomboid major, rhomboid minor, superior transverse scapular. Ligament: supraspinatus, teres major, teres minor and intervening. Artery: trapezius, trapezoid ligament of coracoclavicular ligament. Left scapula attachments costal: conoid ligament of coracoclavicular ligament, coracoacromial ligament, coracobrachialis and short head of biceps, inferior belly of omohyoid, long head of triceps, pectoralis major, serratus anterior, subscapularis, superior transverse scapular. Green lines = capsular attachments of shoulder joints. Head projects medially and superiorly, and articulates with the glenoid cavity of scapula. Tubercles attachments of the rotator cuff muscles: Tendon of long head of biceps brachii passes through. Lips and floor of sulcus attachment of pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi and teres major. Manubrium of sternum and part of first costal cartilage. Articular disc divides cavity into 2 (enhances stability)
