Deltoid tuberosity of the humerus (inferior to the bicitpial groove) Medially and laterally rotate the arm at the shoulder joint: posterior aspect of the shoulder (superficial): Rotate the scapula: posterior aspect of the shoulder (deep to the trapezius): Medial border from spine root to inferior angle. Extension of the arm at the shoulder joint. Thoracolumbar fascia to spinous processes of the lumbar vertebrae and interspinous ligs. Superior facet of the greater tubercle of the humerus. Medial rotation and extension: anterior aspect of the scapula: Medial rotation of the arm at the shoulder joint. Rcm: anterior aspect of the body (superficial): Clavicular head: anterior surface of medial half of clavicle. Sternocostal head: anterior surface of sternum, first 7 costal cartilages.
