"Success depends on a variety of factors besides communication, such as the personality of

group members, how motivated the members are to contribute, how much information members

have, and the innate talent group members have for collaboration" (Beebe & Masterson, 2015, p.

4). Effectiveness of a team depends on the level of dedication each member has toward the

group. Having everybody on the same page, with that one goal in mind, brings out the best in

everybody involved. Team sports are a good example of how a group of people make extreme

sacrifices to accomplish goals that were set before the season started.
