Osteoid produced but not enough calcium salt, leads to bone being soft and weak. Osteomalacia and rickets caused by little calcium in diet and/ or vitamin d deficiency. Get plenty of vitamin d and calcium intake. Tmj dislocations happen more than other joint dislocations. Tmj can dislocate anteriorly at infratemporal fossa and leaves mouth open. Occurs to those who grind their teeth a lot, jaw trauma, or poor lining of teeth: 271- 274.
