The current people are robbers we plunder the planets savings and its income and by doing this we rob the future generations of a decent life or life itself. Cities in the us are less dense than other cities. Us has more ppl in suburbs than in cities. Physical mobility (cars) made it so ppl wanted to move more often thus making less long term surviving buildings. Lots of traffic due to lots of cars (tokyo had issue solved with an amazing public transportation system and seoul that built more roads). Private = paid in the market by individuals for good and services. Price = 30288 while cost is direct and indirect costs. Suburbs rely heavily on cars for travelling anywhere. Cost of ppl through highway deaths and injuries. Though city has high crime, suburbs are more dangerous bc more car usage.
