Locus - where it occurs; environment, body. Observing tangible products - resulting from a behavior. Observing sample or behavior - as it occurs. Description of student behavior in particular setting or during instructional period. Columns - antecedent stimuli, specific responses, consequent stimuli. Avoid distractions and bias; record as many actions as possible. Records result from a behavior -- the outcome of a behavior. Record behavior samples as behavior is occurring. Event recording, interval recording/time sampling, duration recording, latency recording.
