Proximal distal is used to describe attachment sites if your going from brachial to antecubital. Ipsilateral is on the same side of midline. Planes and sections: sagittal- plane that will make a vertical line into right and left unequal, parasagittal- unequal non midline, midsagittal- directly down the middle, median, transverse- horizontal. Transporter- is going to selectively help move a substance through a membrane, Membrane permeability- how easy is it to get through the membrane. Lipid bilayer- 2 molecules stacked on top of each other permeable to oxygen and carbon dioxide, water, and steroids. Interstitial fluid- fluid in between the cell, (intercellular fluid)
