Instructor: timothy dasinger office: 78 hpl office hours: by appointment class. Location: room 120 long fieldhouse (dance studio) email: tdasin1@lsu. edu. This one-credit hour course is designed to introduce students to aerobics exercise and other fitness disciplines. This course emphasizes participation as well as academics. Course requirements & policies: wear appropriate clothing for aerobic exercise. Tennis shoes are required for class: attend every class. Participation points will be taken off (2 points/absence) if you miss class without an official excuse. Details regarding situations that constitute an excused absence are listed in lsu"s policy statement 22 (ps-22). In cases of preplanned absences, assignment due dates will remain in effect unless arrangements have been made prior to the absence. Alternate due dates will be provided in cases of unplanned events that meet the university criteria for an excused absence. It is your responsibility to contact me within 24 hours and to provide documentation within 48 hours of the absence.
