In afghanistan, the ending was all that mattered. I found this to be very interesting because it was very much like me and how i like to know the ending ahead of time. I mean, for the most part, the ending is all that really matters because as long as the characters end up happy, who cares what happened to get to that point. I also feel like this quote is referring to life and how it doesn"t matter what happens in your life, it is what happens at the end of your life that matters. Because when spring comes, it melts the snow one flake at a time, and maybe i just witnessed the first flake melting. This is one of my favorite quotes in this section. It just represents how things aren"t fixed overnight; it is a gradual process.
