Italy and whatnot, central uplands between the lowlands and mountains, and a western mountain system through the scandinavian countries, a smidge in great britain, and on the west coast of spain and portugal. Population very unevenly distributed, too cold in the north, so not many people live up north in sweden and whatnot. Very dense population in the marine west coast climate, and the mediterranean climate. Many europeans trace their routes to either ancient greece or rome. Inspired many cultural ideas like art, science and philosophy. Also got the idea of colonizing new lands, mostly from rome.
