There should be a reason for what you are saying and there should also be a good matter or intent to the message. Another benefit found in analyzing is found when you give attention and analyze your audience. After you have figured out your primary audience, keep in mind that you must keep their attention. One way to do this is to explain as clear as possible and implement the benefits or advantages that the audience might take advantage from. When your aim is to please the audience, you have a brighter outlook.
