Currently, there is a lot of alterations occurring simultaneously that it becomes difficult and challenging to be able to isolate the important from what isn"t. It becomes hard to be able to pinpoint events that happen to be insignificant. Many years after the beginning of the expertise of human resources management, we are still not able to identify/indicate/establish problems that are significant to the point where it would be deemed necessary to shift how hr is practiced. Using the example of the programs in human resources management, it is a rather challenging thing to pick out what is not important and significant overall. A vast variety of other challenges are occuring as a result. Some trends that are happening, occur in no isolation which poses a lot of problems and issues due to the fact that it causes uncertainty and doubt.
