Hrm 3430 hr managers need to focus on results. The dedication, all of the time and energy that is put on deciding between which strategy and not formulating or implementing or even measuring results. There are many different human resources management programs that make it seem like they are the solutions that look for issues and problems. Many human resources management professionals do not succeed in showing and revealing the linkage and/or relationship to the results. The human resources management program is first; employee competencies is second; organizational strategy is third; organizational outcome is forth. The human resources management program is the foundation as well as the base. It is what the organization uses as its core and everything else that is within the organization and all of the other departments is based on the hr program. Everything in the workplace of the business/strategy revolves around hr.
