Oppositional defiant disorder is related but less serious; spiteful behaviour but not necessarily aggressive. 6-16% of adolescent males and 2-9% of females have conduct disorder (increasing in recent years) Persistence after age 18 may result in antisocial personality disorder diagnosis characterized by lack of regard for moral or legal standards and inability to get along. Some people with antisocial personality disorder are psychopaths (antisocial but also manipulative, charming, impulsive, unempathetic etc called callous unemotional traits) Most people who engage in antisocial behaviour as teens do not continue after mid 20s.
