Panic disorder: - recurrent unexpected panic attacks, 4 of the following symptoms (palpitation, sweating, trembling, sensation of shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, chills, paresthesia, Derealization, fear of dying) 1 attacks followed by 1 month of persistent concern, worry, significant maladaptive change in behaviours. Agoraphobia: fear and anxiety out of proportion to the actual danger by situations, typically lasting 6 month or more. Gad: excessive anxiety or worry occur more days than not for at least 6 month, difficult to control worry, symptoms: (restlessness, easily fatigued, irritability, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension, sleep disturbance) children diagnose only need 1 symptom. Social anxiety disorder: fear or anxiety about one or more social situations, individual fear that their anxiety symptoms will be negatively evaluated, social situation almost always provoke fear. Avoidance is persistent, lasting 6 month or more. In children, fear or anxiety may be expressed by crying, tantrums, clinging, etc.
