Social inclusion, integration, and participation are interchangeable - while the experience of it is unique, complex, and interpersonal that allows everyone to feel valued and acknowledged. A positive experience w/ social inclusion is vital for quality of life and development for people w/ id leading to positive outcomes including social opportunities, enhanced wellbeing & improvement of skills. Social exclusion and being devalued can lead to segregation, negative identity, and placing lives at risk of negative experiences.
