However it has been applied to all areas of of thinking and development. Focued more on the external environment and how it effects (moulds) our behaviour. Responses to our actions often indicate if they will be repeated or not. Operatn conditioning plays a big part in the development of human personality. If impulsive decisions always backfire then one is more likely to be less impulsive. Worked with the bobo doll and modelling and aggression.
