Stress usually happen less from events and more from how we appraise them: if a person in a house alone, ignores it"s creaking sounds will experience no stress. Momentary stress can mobilize the immune system and fend of infecions and heal wounds. Allow us to conquer problems (championship athletes, successful entertainers . ) Having conquered something, some people come with stronger self-esteem and deepened spirituality and sense of purpose. Extreme or prolonged stress can harm us leads to: chronic disease, elevated rates of circulator, digesive respiratory and infecious diseases. Emoional and physical health impacted can be signiicant.
