Goals individuals would like to achieve in their lifetime. Study of moral values/principals that guide our behaviour and tell us if something is right or wrong. You should follow these when making a decision. Autonomy - everyone is valuable and has aright to self-determination. The common good - greatest good for greatest amount of people. Describes to what extent society accepts that power in many institutions is unequally distributed. Individualism - degree to how much people want to act as an individual over a group. Collectivism - tight social framework where people in the group expect others in the group to protect and look after them. Masculinity - high rating is how much society favours traditional masculine work roles & values include assertiveness and materialism.
